Ingredients

  • 200 g spelled
  • 500 ml water
  • Iceberg lettuce, cut
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), cut
  • 1 onion (s), sliced

For the marinade:

  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice

Moreover:

  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • Mint, fresh

Instructions

  1. Boil the spelled in 500 ml water until soft.
  2. Mix the lettuce, onion and cucumber with the cooled spelled.
  3. Mix the other ingredients into a marinade and pour over the salad. Chop the sheep cheese and pour over it. Serve garnished with the mint.
