Ingredients
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 g polenta
- some butter
- 1 small chilli pepper (s)
- 1 dash milk
- little salt

- Chop the onions, garlic and the chilli pepper and sauté everything in a little butter. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Pour in the polenta and simmer until the polenta is cooked through.
- Stir again and again so that the polenta doesn`t burn.
- At the end, add a dash of milk and season with salt.
