  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 1 glass pickled cucumber (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 250 g onion (s)
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 250 ml sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the onions. Cut the pickles and mushrooms into thin slices. Drain the tomato peppers well in a colander. Cut the pork tenderloin into medallions. Let the olive oil get hot in a pan. Then sauté the onions in the hot oil until translucent. Then add the fillet and sear it well on all sides. After about 5 minutes add the tomato pepper, cucumber and mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then add the wine, the cream and the spices and simmer for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
