Ingredients
- 2 cl Aperol or Campari
- 1 cl elderflower syrup, or 2 if desired
- 12 cl Prosecco or white wine, approx.
- 1 shot sparkling mineral water
- 4 basil leaves
- ice cubes

- Pour Aperol or Campari and elderflower syrup into the glass, fill up with Prosecco and a dash of mineral water, add the basil leaves and ice cubes if you like.
- Alternatively, use Aperol for the sweeter, Campari for the tart version.
