Stew in the Oven

Today I was preparing a spontaneous dish, that is, from what was in the refrigerator. These are the dishes that are the most delicious when nothing is planned and everything is prepared on the go.

Ingredients

  • Pork (any piece of meat) – 1 kg
  • Potatoes – 8 pcs.
  • Carrots – 3 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 heads
  • Cauliflower – 1 pc.
  • Apples – 4 pcs.
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Freshly ground pepper mixture

Directions

  1. Wash the meat. I didn’t cut it but decided to bake it in a whole piece. But this is optional. You can cut it into medium-sized pieces. Wipe the meat with salt and pepper, put it in the middle of the mold. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into 4 pieces and arrange them around the meat.
  2. Peel, wash, and cut the carrots. I like carrots cut into thick strips, or you can cut them into slices. This is an amateur. Place the carrots on top of the potatoes.
  3. Wash the cauliflower, disassemble into inflorescences, and place on top of the carrots.
  4. Wash the apples, remove the core, cut into 4 pieces, and layout in the last layer. Season each layer with spices.
  5. Cover the tin with foil and send the stew into the oven to bake for 1.5-2 hours, depending on who has which oven. Set the temperature to 200 degrees.
  6. The stew is ready in the oven.
