- 2 onions)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 50 g tomato puree
- 50 ml white wine
- 200 ml crème fraîche
- 1 bunch dill
- salt
- pepper

- Peel the cucumbers, cut in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds with a sharp-edged spoon. Cut the cucumber halves into slices.
- Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Heat the butter in a large saucepan. Sauté the onions and garlic in it. Dust the paprika over it and sauté briefly. Then add the tomato puree and also roast for a moment,
- Deglaze with the white wine. Add the cucumbers and season with the salt and pepper. Cover the vegetables and steam them until soft.
- Meanwhile chop the dill. Mix some of the cooking liquid with the creme fraiche and add this to the cucumber.
- Add the dill and mix everything carefully. Season to taste with salt and a pinch of pepper.
- Tip: Serve with mashed potatoes and combine with pork steaks or sausages.
