Ingredients

  • 100 ml cream
  • 20 g suar
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 25 ml milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ orange zest
  • possibly chocolate chips for decorating

Moreover:

  • 50 g salt
  • 0.5 bag ½ / s crushed ice
  • 1 freezer bag, liter, zipper bag
  • 1 freezer bag, 3 liters, zipper bag

Instructions

  1. The amount is enough for a 1L bag. That makes about 4 scoops of ice cream, the size of the video
  2. Put 2 strawberries aside for decoration.
  3. Clean the remaining fruits, remove the greens and then puree. Depending on your taste, you can puree the berries very finely or leave small pieces in them. We decided on the second variant in the video.
  4. Pour the puree and the remaining ingredients for your ice cream into the 1L freezer bag and seal it tightly. Make sure that you push the air out of the freezer bag.
  5. Now fill the larger freezer bag with the crushed ice, add the salt and then put the first bag with the ice cream in it. Now seal the larger bag well (also here, please squeeze out the air) and shake it vigorously for 3 minutes. Then you can take the ice cream out of the bag again.
  6. Tip: Since the ice cream gets very cold quickly, it is best to wrap a towel around it or use oven gloves.
  7. We decorated our strawberry ice cream with strawberries and chocolate chips.
