Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, green and red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 olives, black, pitted
  • salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 package mozzarella
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ glass Ajvar, hot or mild
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • olive oil
  • Chili powder
  • cream
  • Oil, for the mold

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the seeds. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, sauté the finely chopped onion and add the minced meat and the squeezed garlic. Fry everything crumbly and stir in the ajvar, as well as the sliced olives. Season everything to taste with salt, pepper and chilli powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan with a lid and fry the peppers briefly on all sides, put a lid on and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Fill the pods with the minced meat and pluck a little mozzarella over each. Brush a small baking dish with a little oil and bake the filled pods in the oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  4. Mix the roast set in the pan with a little cream and ajvar, season to taste and serve with rice with the peppers.
