Super Coconut Cookies

I found these coconut cookies on our glorious Internet, the recipe seemed quite simple, and I decided not to delay, but to cook for us for tea!
Cook: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 125 g margarine
- 5-7 st. l. sugar
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Melt margarine, add sugar, mix.
- Add coconut, flour, salt. Knead the dough.
- Form dough into balls (about 30 pcs.), Putting cherries (canned cherries, or cherries, or nuts) in the middle.
- Roll in coconut flakes, place the coconut cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
