Super Coconut Cookies (no Flour)

This coconut cookie is made with just three ingredients. And not a drop of fat!
Ingredients
- Egg whites – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 100 g
- Coconut flakes – 80 g (about 3/4 cup)
How to make coconut cookies (no flour):
Directions
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer at medium speed. Then increase the speed to maximum and, gradually introducing sugar, beat the whites until stable peaks.
- Add coconut flakes to the protein mass, stir with a spoon.
- Use a spoon or large-hole pastry bag to place the cookies on a foil-lined baking sheet.
(I put it off with a syringe, but it turned out that this was a monkey’s work, so it is better to spread the protein mass with a spoon.) - Bake coconut cookies at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes. (The finished cookie should be gilded.)
