Tasty Stew with Seafood

Stew with vegetables, seafood, and Black Eye beans.

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • Beans “Black Eye” – 40 g
  • Squid – 80 g
  • Mussel on the sash – 2 pcs.
  • Shrimp 16/20 – 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 50 g
  • Onions – 50 g
  • Potatoes – 70 g
  • Carrots – 40 g
  • Champignons – 50 g
  • Tabasco sauce – to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cut out hearts from potatoes (yes, that’s so romantic)), fried in a mixture of vegetable and butter.
  2. Next, add the onion and bell pepper. I cut them into large cubes.
