Toasts with Baked Paprika and Cottage Cheese

To your attention – crispy toasts with baked paprika and cottage cheese.

Directions

We bake the paprika for about 40-50 minutes on a baking sheet, at 200 degrees, turning it 3-4 times. Then we put it in a bag, tie it, and leave it to cool. After that, the skin will be perfectly removed.
Cut the baked paprika into strips, add a little salt, sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We set aside to marinate a little.
Fry the loaf on both sides.
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and garlic passed through a press. Salt a little. (The amount of sour cream depends on the moisture content of the curd. If you have ricotta, then no sour cream is needed.)
Put the cottage cheese on the fried loaf, top with paprika strips, and sprinkle (a little) with fresh rosemary.
