  • 1 glass sunflower oil (approx. 200 ml)
  • 1 glass yogurt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 glass sugar

Instructions

  1. First fold the spread out yufka dough like a fan and place in a baking dish or ovenproof dish. The dough should not lie on top of each other, but the gathered parts should lie next to each other. Then put the whole thing in the oven for about 10 minutes at 170 ° C until the dough takes on a light color, then take it out.
  2. In the meantime, mix the eggs, oil, yoghurt, baking powder and vanilla sugar into a homogeneous mixture and pour evenly over the dough. Then bake in the oven at 170 ° C until it turns a nice brown color. Take it out and let it cool down.
  3. At the same time, bring the water to the boil with the sugar, let it cool down and distribute it evenly over the finished dough.
  4. A very tasty dessert. If you like it a little sweeter, you can increase the amount of sugar. But you should be careful, otherwise it will only taste like sugar.
  5. The recipe is designed for 6 - 8 people, but with us it is usually only enough for 3 - 4 people because everyone is crazy about it.
