Ingredients

  • 4 small zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 125 g feta cheese or feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 egg (s)

  • Chili powder or pul beaver
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini lengthways and hollow out, discard the inside. Fry the zucchini in oil with the chopped garlic, season with plenty of salt and pepper.
  2. Puree the feta with egg and sour cream, if you want it spicier, season with chilli powder or pul biber.
  3. Place the zucchini halves in a baking dish, fill with the feta cream and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 ° C in the oven on the second rack from the top.
  4. This goes well with baguette, ciabatta, tomato rice or Greek fried potatoes. Or you can serve it as a starter to a Mediterranean menu, which makes 4 servings.
