Urmelis Oat Flakes – Peanut Butter – Chocolate – Cookies

Instructions

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and refrigerate until you can use them again. Mix the flour with the oat flakes, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt well.
In a large bowl, stir the butter with the sugars and the peanut cream until the mixture is lightly frothy. Add the egg and the vanilla flavor and stir in well. Add the flour mixture and mix well again. Finally add the chocolate pieces and stir in evenly.
Use 2 teaspoons to put not too small heaps on the tray, leaving enough space. Bake preheated to 160-170 ° for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool down on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then let cool down completely on the wire rack.
It is best to enjoy it immediately or store it in a tin can.
