Ingredients

  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 150 g oat flakes, round, oat flour
  • 100 g sesame seeds, unpeeled
  • 100 g flaxseed meal
  • 3 tablespoon psyllium husks
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar beet syrup
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 400 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix water, sugar beet syrup and oil and add to the dry ingredients and mix well, adding a little more water if necessary. Shape the dough into a firm ball and place in a baking tray lined with baking paper, close with the appropriate lid and leave to rest for about 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Bake the bread in the closed pot for about 50 minutes on the middle rack, remove the lid and bake the bread for another 20 minutes.
  4. After baking, allow to cool well and place in a bread container. The next day, the bread can be wonderfully cut into very thin slices.
