Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 g flour (whole rain)
  • 175 g mararine
  • 80 g raw cane suar
  • 2 teaspoons tartar baking powder

For the filling:

  • 750 g soy yourt (yourt alternative)
  • 200 g soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • 200 g mararine
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 1 lemon (s), organic, grated zest it
  • 1 tablespoon soy flour, heaped
  • 35 g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Drain the soy yogurt in a sieve lined with a cloth for 12 hours. 500 g of soy quark are then obtained.
  2. Knead the ingredients for the dough and press them into a size 26 springform pan, pulling up one edge.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
  4. For the quark mixture, melt the margarine and let it cool down a little. Mix with the remaining ingredients to a smooth mass. The sugar should have completely dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into the springform pan and bake for about 60-70 minutes. Let cool down completely, only then will the mass solidify!
