Vegetable Stew with Meat (in Pots)

Dishes in pots are always particularly tasty. Therefore, whenever possible, I try to cook food in them. For example, pork stew with potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini.

Ingredients

  • Pork – 600 grams
  • Potatoes – 6 pcs.
  • Tomato – 3 pcs.
  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 50 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper mixture – to taste
  • Bay leaf – 12 pcs.
  • Allspice peas – 12 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Wash the pork, remove excess film. Cut the meat into slices and place in a preheated pan to fry.
  2. Peel the onions, chop them in half rings and send them to fry with the meat.
  3. Season the meat with salt, ground pepper, and fry until half cooked. Then spread it evenly over all the pots.
  4. Peel, wash, and chop the potatoes.
  5. Place the potatoes in the pots on top of the meat.
  6. Wash the courgettes and cut them into cubes.
  7. Place the zucchini in the next layer in each pot.
  8. Peel the garlic, chop finely and place it in the pots.
  9. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices, put the zucchini on top, and pour over them with mayonnaise. Add bay leaf, allspice, and salt to each pot. Pour some water and send the vegetable stew with meat in pots to simmer in the oven for 60-70 minutes at 200 degrees.
