- 500g flour
- 250 g mararine
- 200 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk, alternatively mineral water

- First put the sugar and margarine in a bowl and mix well and for a long time. Then add the other ingredients (mix the baking powder with the flour in advance if possible and mix well).
- Milk or mineral water (if you want to save calories) as required, so that the dough is smooth but not completely liquid. Then add honey and mix well as well.
- Bake the dough in portions in a heated waffle iron.
- Serve the waffles sprinkled with powdered sugar later.
- The waffles taste best in a Belgian waffle iron (i.e. the square shape you get in the North Sea in the waffle bakeries).
