Ingredients

  • 500 g yourt
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Vanilla, ground
  • 2 persimmons

Instructions

  1. Beat the yogurt with the crème fraîche until smooth. Add the vanilla sugar, agave syrup and ground vanilla and mix everything well.
  2. Peel the persimmons and cut into pieces. Then puree. Layer the yoghurt cream alternately with the pureed persimmon in glasses.
  3. If you want, you can put pistachios or almonds on top for decoration.
