Ingredients
- 500 g zucchini
- salt
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 2 egg (s)
- Parsley, mint, dill, finely chopped
- Oil (sunflower oil), for frying
For the sauce:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoon mint, freshly chopped
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- Garlic, to taste
- salt
- Cayenne pepper

- Wash the zucchini and grate medium-fine. Salt and let rest for 20 minutes. Squeeze out the zucchini, mix with the flour, eggs and chopped herbs. Salt if necessary. Fry small biscuits in the oil and serve warm with yogurt sauce.
