Ingredients
- 300 g spinach leaves, frozen
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper
- 800 g zucchini
- 1 scoop / n mozzarella, (25g)
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g cottae cheese
- 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
- 350 g lasane plate (s) without pre-cookin
- 500 g tomato (s), strained (Tetra Pack)

- Thaw the spinach. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, sauté in the oil. Drain the spinach and add, steam for 4 minutes, season.
- Prepare zucchini, grate, drain mozzarella, dice. Mix half with the spinach, zucchini, cream, cottage cheese, pizza seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees).
- Layer the pasta and vegetable mixture alternately in an oiled baking dish. Season the tomatoes, pour over them and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
