Ingredients
- Potato puree, leftovers from the day before
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 leek or alternatively an onion
- 150 g bacon, finely chopped
- oil
- 1 liter broth
- 1 scoop mozzarella or a piece Gouda cheese
- salt and pepper
- Roast or cooked meat leftovers or sausages
- oregano
- basil

- Fry the peeled, diced carrots, the bacon cut into strips and the chopped leek in the oil until translucent. Pour in the broth and let it heat up. Add the mashed potatoes and the chopped cheese and stir until the cheese and mashed potatoes have dissolved. Season to taste with the spices and add the chopped leftover meat or sausages of your choice.
