Ingredients

  • 2 kg smoked pork (preferably boneless)
  • 2 cans mushrooms (mushroom heads), drained
  • 250 g cheese (e.. Gouda), rated
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 2 small Can / s tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat (if it does have the bone, then release it). Then let it cool down, cut into thin slices and place in a fan-like shape in a greased baking dish. Spread the mushrooms over the top.
  2. Mix all other ingredients for the sauce together and season as needed (do not use too much salt). Pour over the mushrooms and meat and cover the pan. Chill the whole thing for at least 12 hours.
  3. Then sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  4. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 - 40 minutes.
  5. Baguette and a salad of your choice taste best with it.
