Ingredients
- g 1,500 white cabbae
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar
- 0.5 ½ cup oil, (neutral)
- 1 cup vinegar

- Chop the white cabbage and place in a large bowl.
- Put the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook for a few minutes. Pour over the cabbage while still hot, stir and cover with a plate. Let it steep for 24 hours.
- The salad is great to prepare and we`ve found the longer it steeps, the better it gets!
