  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 2 cups processed cheese with herbs

Instructions

  1. First cook the meat in a roasting tube in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 90 minutes. Then let it cool down.
  2. Cut the cold meat into slices and place in a baking dish. Put the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat - but do not boil! Then pour this mixture over the meat slices.
  3. Reheat in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the 1st rack in the oven for another 30 minutes.
