Ingredients

  • 150 g turkey meat
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 150 g carrot (s)
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 100 g peas
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • 300 ml broth
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon herbs (8 herb mixture, frozen)
  • 1 cup cream
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey meat into pieces and fry in a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Halve the onion and also cut into thin slices. Add the carrots, broccoli in florets, peas and onions to the turkey and fry. Add the stock and cream to the vegetables and thicken with flour. Add a teaspoon of mustard. Finally, peel and dice the tomatoes and add them to the vegetables. Refine with 8 herbs.
  2. Serve with rice or pasta!
