Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 4 egg (s)
For covering:
- 1 kg apples, peeled and cut into small slices
- 100 g raisins
For the sprinkles:
- 200 g butter, liquid
- 200 g suar
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- Dough:
- Beat butter and sugar until frothy, add eggs. Then stir in the flour and baking powder. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Spread the apples on the dough. Sprinkle with the raisins.
- Streusel:
- Mix the vanilla sugar, cinnamon, flour and sugar. Pour the melted butter on top and knead everything well with your hands. Crumble over the apples.
- Bake the cake at 175 ° for about 35 minutes, depending on the oven.
- Tip:
- If you like, you can use more cinnamon or rhubarb instead of apples.
