Ingredients

  • 3 apples, sweetie
  • 1 packet pudding powder (vanilla or cream)
  • 0.5 liter ½ apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • some sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon chocolate flakes
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. The pudding according to the package instructions (but prepare with apple juice instead of milk) and then leave to cool for approx. 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash, peel, quarter and core the apples. Then cut into wedges. Leave the butter in a pan, add the apple wedges and season with cinnamon and sugar to taste. Steam until soft for a few minutes.
  3. Stir 100 g of crème fraiche into the pudding and pour into 4 glasses or a bowl. Spread the chocolate flakes on the cream, which is still warm, so that it melts a little.
  4. As soon as the apple compote has cooled, spread on top of the pudding. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before you can eat them.
