Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 125 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- some lemon peel, or lemon flavor
- 1 glass applesauce
- 1 egg yolk
- Hail Sugar

- Warm the milk lukewarm and let the butter melt in it. Crumble the yeast into it and let it rise covered until it has visibly increased.
- Add the flour, the salt and possibly the lemon zest and knead everything well and let rise again.
- Remove about a third for the grid, put the rest in a springform pan. Spread the applesauce on top.
- For the grid, roll out the rest of the dough, cut thin strips with a pastry wheel and lay out a grid over the applesauce.
- Then carefully brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.
- Then put it in the oven until the dough has turned deliciously brown.
- With circulating air at 160 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
