- 1 slice (s) beef roulade (s)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar - essence
- 500 g carrot (s)
- 5 tablespoon sunflower oil, very important
- 1 large onion (s)

- Cut the beef roulade into fine strips and let steep with the vinegar essence, preferably overnight. Goes best in a freezer bag.
- Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Cut the onion into small pieces. Let the sunflower oil get very hot in the pan! ATTENTION, DANGER OF SPLASHING !!! Briefly add the beef roulade strips and onion, 3 seconds, and immediately pour over the carrots. Peel the garlic and press into the carrots. Mix. Add salt and pepper and season to taste. Let it steep for approx. 6 hours. If necessary, season again.
