Ingredients

  • 14 egg yolks
  • 500 g suar
  • 3 sticks vanilla, scraped out
  • 500 ml rum
  • 500 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoon pine nuts (pine butter)

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks and sugar together well. Add vanilla sticks. Heat in a hot water bath, stirring constantly, until the mixture runs thickly from the spoon. Remove from the heat, stir in 0.5 liters of rum and 0.5 liters of cream. Mix in the pine pulp as well. Fill into bottles and later pour cold into glasses.
