- 125 g suar
- 125 g butter
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 2 cl brandy
- 200 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Fat for the shape
- Desiccated coconut for the mold

- Beat sugar with butter until frothy, add eggs one by one. Sift the flour with baking powder over it and stir in with the milk and brandy.
- Grease a 28 cm diameter fruit base, sprinkle with desiccated coconut and fill in the batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- After cooling down, the floor can be covered as desired.
