Ingredients
- 1 avocado (s), ripe
- 0.5 ½ cup butter substitute (Yella spread), alternatively also natural brunch
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon, heaped tomato paste
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ harissa
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ lemon juice
- Pepper, whiter
- salt
- Maggi

- Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Scrape out the pulp with a spoon. Fill the pulp with the remaining ingredients in a tall beaker and puree with the multi-knife of a magic wand. Season to taste by adding white pepper, salt and Maggi.
- Serve as a starter with fresh toast or crispy baguette.
