  • 300 g salmon fillet (s) with skin
  • 5 mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon fillet and pat dry with a kitchen roll. Place the fillet on the skin side and season the other side with ground salt, chilli or pepper.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and place in a baking dish. Place the salmon fillet on the mushrooms, skin side up. Sprinkle the skin with plenty of ground salt. Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake at 200 ° C for about 20-25 minutes until the skin is crispy and the salmon fillet is cooked.
  3. A leaf spinach casserole or a green salad goes well with it.
