- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 banana (s)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon sherry
- salt and pepper
- 1 box cress

- Drain the tuna, place in a bowl and chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic, peel and slice the bananas and add both to the tuna. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, ketchup and sherry, mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cress.
- Serve with bread of your choice.
