  • 4 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Szechuan pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Halve the cucumber and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the vegetables into sticks or strips and place in a sufficiently large, airtight container.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the brew and place in the container. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 day.
