Ingredients

  • 200 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 liter passion fruit juice
  • 500 g peach-flavored yourt
  • 500 ml schnapps (grain)
  • 4 cl rum

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. It makes pretty much 2 liters. It is best to fill it into 2 liter bottles and put on ice, then it will be a bit like sorbet. It doesn`t freeze to ice.
  3. It tastes like Langnese split ice cream.
  4. I have also made the cherry version of the liqueur - also very tasty.
