Breakfast Pizza with Mushrooms, Eggs, Ham and Goat Cheese

Instructions

Since the eyes are bigger than the stomach, there is always a chunk of dough left over on our regular pizza evenings, which we then process into a breakfast pizza the next morning. After the pizza is before the pizza.
So you either take the rest of your dough or make a new one from flour, water, yeast, salt and sugar. Mix the indicated ingredients, let everything rise for half an hour and then roll out a rectangular, thin, pretty pizza dough and place it on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
