Bruschetta with Ricotta and Pistachios

Bruschetta with ricotta and pistachios – a detailed recipe.

Ingredients

  • Baguette
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon. ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 Art. icing sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chopped non-salted pistachios
  • Grated chocolate

Directions

  1. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread with butter, sprinkle with salt and sugar.
  2. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C until golden brown, for about 7 minutes. Remove slices of bread from the oven and cool slightly.
  3. Beat the ricotta cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixer.
  4. Spread cheese mass on slices of bread. Sprinkle with pistachios, chocolate, and powdered sugar.
