Bruschetta with Ricotta, Radish and Arugula

There is no doubt about the simplicity of making bruschetta. The hardest part of this business is finding what to put on the crispy toasted bread. However, in summer you don’t have to think about it for a long time – there are so many tasty things around! Recently tried the radish, arugula, and ricotta version. How delicious it is! Ingredients
- Ciabatta
- Ricotta
- Arugula
- Radish
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
Directions
- Fry the ciabatta pieces in a pan without oil, on the grill, or in a toaster.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Spread generously with ricotta, top with arugula leaves, and thinly chopped radishes.
- Sprinkle with olive oil again, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Done!
