Cake “Plombir”

You have not tried this yet! You will love the recipe for making the Sundae cake! On the one hand, it is prepared much easier than the usual biscuits, and on the other, it looks even more festive!

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Chocolate ice cream – 1 Kilogram
  • Vanilla Ice Cream – 1.3 Kilograms
  • Chocolate sponge cake – 300 Gram
  • Chocolate – 200 grams (half – in chocolate ice cream, half – in order to pour the cake on top)
  • Oreo Cookies – 350 Grams
  • Decorations – 1 To taste
  • Whipped Cream – To taste

Directions

  1. First you need to melt a little white and brown ice cream. Add chocolate crumbs and a biscuit broken into small pieces to the chocolate, mix thoroughly. First, pour white ice cream into a split form, and then – chocolate mass.
  2. It is advisable to let the ice cream freeze after each new layer in the freezer for at least half an hour.
  3. When the top layer hardens, remove the split form and decorate the sides of the cake with whipped cream, then melt the rest of the chocolate and pour on top. Until the chocolate has frozen, sprinkle the cake with goodies and decorate with cookies.
  4. That’s it! The cake is ready, serve immediately before it melts!
