  • 2 tablespoon vegetable broth

  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower, cut into small pieces, clean the stalk and also cut into small pieces. Pour in 1 liter of water, bring to the boil, cook until soft, season with the vegetable stock.
