Ingredients

  • 500 g beef fillet (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon broth
  • 2 tablespoon sherry, medium
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef fillet into finger-length, pencil-thick strips. Crush the garlic cloves, mix with the sugar, soy sauce, broth and sherry, add the meat and let it steep for 60 minutes.
  2. Take out the meat and let it drain. Heat the oil, fry the meat in it for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the leftover marinade and stew for another minute.
  3. Side dish: risotto
