Chocolate Buffins with Custard

Today I will tell you how to make chocolate custard muffins, delicious and tender, aromatic and incredibly easy to prepare. I’m sure you will like this recipe very much!

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Sugar – 150 Grams (50 grams for cream, the rest – in the dough)
  • Chocolate – 100 Grams
  • Butter – 75 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 75 grams
  • Starch – 35 Grams
  • Flour – 150 grams (25 grams in cream, the rest in dough)
  • Powdered sugar – 120 Grams
  • Cocoa – 3 Art. spoons
  • Eggs – 4 Pieces (2 yolks in cream, the rest – in dough)
  • Water – 225 Milliliters
  • Milk – 200 Milliliters

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the cream in a bowl: flour and sugar, add the yolks and about 3-4 tbsp milk. Let’s mix. Heat the remaining milk and pour in a thin stream here. Then boil the whole mixture over low heat until it becomes a cream.
  2. Now let’s make the chocolate choux pastry. In a saucepan, mix the sugar, starch and cocoa, add water and mix well. Put the mixture on medium heat and, stirring constantly, bring until thickened.
  3. When the mixture becomes thick, add the chocolate and butter in pieces, mix, let everything dissolve. Then add eggs, vegetable oil and icing sugar. We also send a mixture of flour and baking powder there.
  4. Now pour the dough into molds up to half. Then add the cream, about a spoonful to each muffin. We now bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
