Instructions

Put the flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and vanilla pulp in a bowl and mix dry.
Add the eggs and knead thoroughly to form a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
Processing into ribbon noodles or ravioli.
Since this sweet chocolate dough is quite tart, it can be combined very well with sweet sauces.
