Ingredients
- 125 ml coffee, cooked (espresso), strong
- 125 ml cream (10%), fresh
- 2 tablespoon sugar, heaped up
- 2 cl brandy, alternatively cognac
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla sugar

- Bring the espresso and cream to the boil separately. Add sugar to the espresso and vanilla sugar to the cream. Mix the two together and froth up briefly. Pour the brandy into a large, warmed cup and pour the “coffee tea” over it.
