  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 400 g cauliflower
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 5 tablespoon herb cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets.
  2. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil, add the potatoes and cauliflower and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then fold in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Place on the plates and dust lightly with paprika powder.
