- 1 glass flour
- 1 glass milk
- 3 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil, (no matter which one)
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

- Mix everything together. In a hot pan, make large or small pancakes as you like. The pan shouldn`t be too hot. Add to pan at medium temperature and turn over if small bubbles form. You can also keep the pancakes in the refrigerator for several days.
