Vegan Pancakes with Delicious Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

For the dough:

200 g oatmeal
130 ml plant milk (plant drink), vegan, e.g., rice milk, soy milk, almond milk
1 small banana (s)
1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
some oil, preferably coconut oil

For the sauce:

2 tablespoon cocoa powder
some water
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Vegan Pancakes with Delicious Chocolate Sauce

Instructions

First put the oat flakes in a blender and mix until they are fine, i.e. have a floury consistency. Then cut the banana into small pieces, add the milk and cinnamon and mix again.
Heat a little oil in a pan and bake about 4 small pancakes in it.
Now mix all the ingredients for the chocolate sauce and pour over the baked pancakes.
Garnish the pancakes with fruit. Bananas, berries and mangoes go particularly well with it.
